For over 35 years, Central Virginia Housing (CVH) has been a cornerstone in our region, championing the cause of affordable housing. Our mission is simple yet profound: to enhance the quality of life in our community by offering accessible housing opportunities through education, counseling, and financial assistance. With a dedicated staff and volunteers, CVH has empowered countless families to move from temporary accommodations to stable, permanent homes. We are proud to administer the Housing Choice Voucher Program, manage below-market rental units, and provide critical HUD-certified counseling services. Our commitment to affordable housing is unwavering, as evidenced by our ongoing projects, community impact, and partnerships that bring substantial financial aid to those in need. At CVH, we believe that a stable home is the foundation of a thriving community, and we are honored to continue serving and supporting our neighbors in Central Virginia.
